Lotus Lane Apartments at 3301 Lotus Lane # 51, Lufkin, Texas.

If I could leave no stars I would. I moved in a couple of years ago and paid a deposit of $400. Moved in and the apartment was a MESS and holes on the walls were EVERYWHERE. Not one thing was fixed. The carpet was the only thing fixed and even then the guy scratched our floor. We had new owners that bought the complex and in order for us to get a ‘better’ apartment we had to either pay another deposit of $250, move out in a week, or live in that filthy mess. We paid the amount and the apartment manager assured us we would get most of the $400 back from the first apartment. I have all of the original pictures we took when we moved in and the condition the apartment was in. Did we receive it...NO the owner said we did all of the holes and everything. Only received $250 after we left the apartment in a way better condition then when we moved in. Needless to say if you are looking for a great place to live this is NOT IT. The owners and manager are a joke. Oh and the new name is Angelina Circle Apartments.
